Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician II to inspect, troubleshoot and repair various systems in our single-family homes. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and ensure safety and compliance in every job.

The role requires experience with electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and related trades, plus a valid driver’s license and EPA/HVAC credentials. On-call availability and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair systems in Progress Residential homes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service requests as needed.
• Complete work safely and in compliance with policies.
