You will build staircases, frame walls, install drywall, and support related projects like window wells and insulation. A strong background in carpentry and willingness to handle non-carpentry tasks with teammates is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry, framing, drywall, or general construction.
• Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in basements, crawlspaces, and attics.
• Willingness to assist with non-carpentry tasks as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Build and install basement staircases (typically 3–4 steps).
• Complete drywall installation, taping, mudding, and basic painting.
• Frame and construct new walls.
• Remove, rebuild, and install built‑in shelving or cabinetry.
• Position and support window wells, attic insulation projects, PolyLevel work as needed.
