Qualifications

• Current Illinois Plumbing License (Required).
• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and Illinois codes.
• Experience troubleshooting residential plumbing issues.
• Read blueprints and interpret specifications (a plus).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using tablets and mobile technology.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with Illinois plumbing codes, local regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain your Illinois Plumbing License for company use to meet municipal requirements.
• Sponsor and mentor up to two plumbing apprentices.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Complete required job documentation using a tablet and company software.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Perma-Seal professionally at every job site.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
