Qualifications

• Proven experience as a concrete finisher in indoor settings.
• Experience pouring, finishing basement floors, sidewalks and patios.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs accurately.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
• Physically able to lift, bend and kneel for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while following safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Finish concrete indoors: smooth, level, texture with hand and power tools.
• Apply troweling, edging, stamping to achieve texture and appearance.
• Prepare surfaces, clean patches, apply bonding agents as needed.
• Monitor curing and apply sealants to protect surfaces.
• Coordinate with team to sequence finishing activities.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment.
• Communicate progress and issues to supervisors and managers.
• Adhere to project specs and quality standards.
