Mercy Health in Ohio is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform initial and ongoing assessments and provide skilled interventions for inpatients, outpatients, pediatrics, and off-site locations. You will document progress in the EMR and collaborate with the care team to meet department standards.

Applicants should have state licensure, current BLS, and typically 2 years of experience in a similar setting; strong communication and critical thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice (required)
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire, required within 30 days for some facilities)
• 2 years of experience in equivalent setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients across settings per plan of care
• Maintains medical records and documents progress in EMR
• Supervises assistants and ensures productivity meets department standards
• Supports safety policies and infection control
• Collaborates with physicians, patients and families
