Job summary

International Paper in Eighty-Four, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd and 3rd shifts (3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, M-F). The job involves safe operation, PLCs, motors and drives, and collaboration with maintenance and operations teams in a fast-paced environment. Lift Truck certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Own tools to perform maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work habits at all times.
• Utilize mechanical skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission.
• Read and follow PLCs, motors, drives, and schematics for uptime.
• Troubleshoot with maintenance and operations teams.
• Engage in preventative maintenance in assigned areas.
• Complete paperwork neatly per guidelines.
• Cross-train in other technical areas as needed.
