International Paper's Lebanon Box Facility is hiring a Maintenance Technician to operate on a 2-2-3 schedule (2nd shift 3pm-11pm and 3rd shift 11pm-7am). The role focuses on using mechanical, electrical, and automation skills to maintain packaging equipment while meeting GMP, site security and food packaging defense requirements.

You will perform planned maintenance per the PM schedule, support process improvements, document work orders in MVP CMMS, and collaborate with operations to minimize

Qualifications

• Technical school and training or equivalent experience.
• Industrial manufacturing processes experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a position in a industrial manufacturing environment (Maintenance).
• Good communication skills, able to work in a systematic and organized manner.

Responsibilities

• Use electrical and/or mechanical skills to resolve breakdown issues with minimal impact to production.
• Carry out regular maintenance, process improvements and project activities to ensure equipment breakdown delay is minimized and process capability is maximized.
• Complete all planned maintenance activities within the PM schedule.
• Communicate with supervisor and record in MVP Plant the completed work orders with parts used, time spent, root cause, and activities carried out.
• Enter work orders for items discovered that needed to be repaired.
