Job summary

Concord Hospital in New Hampshire seeks experienced registered nurses to join our RN Premium Float Team. This role offers exposure to multiple acute care settings and the chance to apply diverse clinical skills across medical/surgical and critical care units.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, perform nursing assessments, develop and revise plans of care, administer medications, educate patients, and support discharge planning.

Qualifications

• One year of clinical nursing experience.
• Evidence of effective teamwork with patients and a multidisciplinary team.
• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bases nursing actions by applying organized judgment to patient care.
• Gathers data through history and physical assessment to plan and implement interventions.
• Develops, evaluates and revises patient care plans in response to needs.
• Documents care provided and patient progress toward outcomes.
• Directs and supervises others in delegated nursing activities.
• Teaches patients and families about the plan of care.
• Prepares patients to manage care after discharge or procedures.
• Administers medications and provides direct patient care.
• Leads the health care team and serves as a resource on shift.
• Acts as a preceptor for new employees.
