Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or related fieldwork.
• HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and pool maintenance experience.
• Own tools and transportation to vendors. Background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Communicate status of service requests to residents and staff.
• Maintain property safety and make-ready repairs on schedule.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and manage grounds and deliveries.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform on-site inspections and upkeep.
