Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Peoria, AZ to uphold the look and function of our community. This role focuses on maintaining apartments, performing repairs, and supporting preventive maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction.

You will handle repairs, light maintenance, and upkeep of common areas, grounds, and facilities while following safety protocols and HUD/OSHA guidelines. A high school diploma and maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of prior experience in general maintenance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apartment appearance to company standards and complete repairs as directed.
• Assist with apartment-ready turns including painting, cleaning, and miscellaneous tasks.
• Complete maintenance service requests and document status of requests.
