Job summary

Aspen Square Management in Peoria, AZ is seeking a versatile Jack-of-all-Trades technician to perform maintenance and repairs across our residential communities. The role focuses on completing work orders promptly, maintaining HVAC systems, and preparing apartments for new residents.

You will collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards, keep curb appeal high, deliver excellent resident service, and handle additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• EPA licensure is required.
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems.
• Must be able to participate in on-call rotations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Own hand tools required.
• Ability to stand, walk for long periods, operate equipment, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top‑notch customer service to our residents
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands‑on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on‑call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off‑site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
