Job summary

Total Marketing Concepts is hiring call center sales agents for the Verizon Wireless Program in Sanford, Florida. Agents will make outbound calls to existing customers to sell additional products and services, improving customer retention.

This position offers a starting hourly wage of $10 plus commission, with training provided and flexible shifts available. Candidates need to pass background and drug checks, and no prior sales experience is necessary. Excellent opportunities for growth are available within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong rebuttal skills and ability to think on your toes to overcome objections.

TMC is hiring several call center sales agents for our VERIZON WIRELESS PROGRAM. This job entails outbound calls to current Verizon Wireless customers to up‑sell additional products and services to retain their business. Get paid hourly base rate plus commission.

Verizon Wireless Sales:

Start: Training is every two weeks. Next class 04/06/2015

Training: 9a-5p for 3 weeks

Shift: Choose your shift!! 9a-5p or 1p-9p (must work every other Saturday from 10a-6p)

• Outbound sales calls to up‑sell existing Verizon Wireless customers
• Inbound sales calls to up‑sell existing Verizon Wireless customers
• Basic knowledge of the benefit of using smart phones and tablets
• Must have some sales experience (collections/telemarketing a plus)
• Strong rebuttal skills and ability to think on your toes to overcome objections
• Adhere to 30‑day no missed time attendance policy
• Able to work required shifts
• Must be able to pass a 7‑year background check & drug screen (which includes driving on a suspended license and reckless driving)
