Responsibilities

• Verifies identity credentials and issues Common Access Cards (CAC) and Uniform Services Identification (USID) cards.
• Operates DEERS/RAPIDS workstations and manages DEERS data entries.
• Produces analytical reports on ID card issuance, lost/stolen IDs, and security-related metrics.
