Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) seeks a detail-focused Verifying Official to manage ID and CAC issuance for active-duty personnel, retirees, and eligible dependents. The role requires accuracy, security awareness, and the ability to navigate RAPIDS and DEERS systems.

You will install hardware, review audit reports, and handle sensitive documents while maintaining compliance with federal regulations. Experience in a civilian or military setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a site lead role within a customer service environment.
• Ability to work at an accelerated pace.
• Must obtain a favorable criminal background check and security investigation.
• Proficient in English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Verify and issue military identification cards and CACs for eligible recipients.
• Install and maintain hardware, run audit reports, and manage security, cardstock, and supplies.
• Maintain DEERS and RAPIDS databases and ensure accuracy of records.
• Prepare and process documents and correspondence in compliance with AFI 36-3026(I) and RAPIDS guides.
• Provide training and mentorship to Verifying Officials and report staffing needs.
