Vertical Screen, Inc. is seeking a Verification Researcher to verify employment and education histories and conduct reference interviews. You will perform phone-based investigations in a non-sales center, focusing on accuracy and clear communication.

The position offers hybrid work (2 days in Warminster, PA office; 3 days remote) after 6 months, with hours 10am–6pm, Monday to Friday, and a pay rate of $16/hr.

Qualifications

• Must work in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal software.

Responsibilities

• Verify education and employment history and conduct reference interviews.
• Conduct research via outbound calls, fax, email, internet and database searches.
• Master proprietary software to transcribe verified information and notes.
• Meet pre-established production goals.
