Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Verification Specialist (Data Entry) to help ensure the accuracy and quality of hearing information before it is shared with our attorney network. In this role, you'll be a critical checkpoint in our operations, handling high-volume data entry and verification work in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves heavy day-to-day data entry, and as part of our evolving workflow, you'll occasionally use everyday AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to help speed up simple tasks. No technical background is required — just basic comfort using an AI chatbot the way most people already do.

This position is full-time in Docketly's HQ Office in Longmont, Colorado.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday through Friday-9:30am-6pm MST (this position is full-time in Docketly's HQ Office in Longmont, Colorado).
