Qualifications

• Basic troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Compare details from multiple sources for consistency and completeness.
• Accurately enter and document hearing data, attachments, and related materials.
• Send out verified hearing schedules and links to attorneys.
• Occasionally use AI tools to speed up simple verification tasks.
• Respond to tickets and basic customer service inquiries with basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a consistent pace of data entry and verification, meeting daily/weekly targets.
• Communicate clearly and ask questions when clarification is needed.
