Job summary
The Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC) is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to maintain and optimize Momentus Enterprise and related ERP systems. You will implement, configure, train, and support the venue management software to meet current operations and evolving business needs.
You will collaborate across departments, ensure data security and process compliance, and continually seek opportunities to enhance reporting, analytics, and system automation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in ERP business system administration.
- Strong preference for Momentus Enterprise or Momentus Elite.
- Verifiable experience as IT Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary administrator and SME for Momentus Enterprise.
- Oversee configuration, monitoring, and daily maintenance of the Venue Management System.
- Create training materials, user guides, and deliver ongoing user training.
- Respond to user support requests and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors on system changes and deployments.
- Maintain data security, privacy, and system compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve system utilization, reporting, and automation.
- Assist with IT workflows related to events and exhibitor services.
