Job summary

Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC) is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to manage and optimize Momentus Enterprise, coordinate ERP-related activities, and train users across the organization in Birmingham, AL.

Responsibilities include administering the venue management system, configuring and maintaining Momentus Enterprise, and creating training materials and SOPs. The role requires ERP experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with multiple departments and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of ERP business system administration experience, with strong Momentus Enterprise background.
• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, business administration, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience as IT Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar technical analyst role.
• Minimum of 2 years in an end-user training role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business/technology administrator for Momentus Enterprise.
• Oversee configuration, monitoring, and daily maintenance of Momentus Enterprise Venue Management System.
• Create training materials, user guides, and SOPs; deliver ongoing user training.
• Respond to user support requests; troubleshoot issues; document resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve system utilization, reporting, dashboards, and data integration.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on system changes, tickets, and deployments.
