Job summary

The Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC) seeks a Business Systems Analyst to maintain and optimize Momentus Enterprise and related venue-management systems for daily operations in Birmingham, AL. You will implement, configure, train, and provide ongoing support, acting as a liaison across departments to align technology with business needs.

Ideal candidates have ERP admin experience, a degree in a relevant field, and strong end-user training skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of ERP business system administration experience.
• Strong preference for Momentus Enterprise or Momentus Elite.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Verifiable IT Business Systems Analyst or similar role experience; end-user training experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary admin and SME for Momentus Enterprise.
• Manage configuration, monitoring, and daily maintenance of the Venue Management System.
• Create training materials and deliver user training for the business system.
• Enforce system SOPs, best practices, and document resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on system changes and support.
