Summary/Objective The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the technology systems used at the organization including the Venue Management System – Momentus Enterprise. This role is responsible for implementation, administration, configuration, optimization, training, and ongoing support of the organization’s business system. It is also a critical liaison between all business units that interact with the venue management system, ensuring technology solutions effectively support current operational requirements and evolving business needs.
The incumbent is responsible for collaborating with individuals throughout the organization to understand business needs, while exhibiting an exceptional ability to understand how to support those needs through technology solutions. A high level of customer service, training facilitation and ability to communicate well throughout all organization levels is required.

This position may have a moderate to extensive stress level associated with dealing with crowds of public visitors. The environment is fast paced, mainly indoors, however position may be required to work outdoors and exposed to the elements (heat, rain, etc.).
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.Ability to lift up to 40lbs with or without assistance, while maintaining good balance. Must be flexible enough to reach above shoulder level and be able to push and pull for brief periods of time.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position; hours of work must be flexible and varied to meet the demands of the events of the facility. Must be able to work extended and/or irregular hours including day, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
