Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks a Venue Sustainability Manager to elevate our sustainability program for the 2026 season. The role oversees people, processes, and budgets, manages a team, and drives zero-waste initiatives across the venue with cross-functional partners.

You will report to the General Manager, coordinate with the National Sustainability Team, and ensure accurate metric reporting while staying within preset budgets and show schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and hire Venue Sustainability Supervisor & Crew, and schedule work.
• Oversee waste sorting, recycling, and compost operations to maximize diversion.
• Track program metrics using MS Office and report progress to National Sustainability Team.
• Collaborate with venue departments to implement zero-waste initiatives.
