Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks a Venue Sustainability Manager for Huntington Bank Pavilion, a seasonal, part‑time role (April–October, ~30 hrs/wk) in Chicago. You’ll drive zero waste initiatives, coordinate with national teams, and support green artist operations while leading onsite operations and community engagement.

You will design plans, supervise waste sorting, track metrics, and collaborate across departments to embed sustainability into daily venue activities and events.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a leadership position in operations, events, or sustainability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-season orientation and meetings with Live Nation’s sustainability team.
• Be onsite during pre-season venue set up to ensure zero waste procedures.
• Lead Zero Waste Supervisor and Coordinator hiring and onboarding.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive zero waste plan for the venue.
• Oversee material sorting for recycling, composting, reuse and donations.
• Analyze waste flows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track metrics using Word/Excel/SharePoint and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with venue departments and marketing/experience teams on sustainability.
• Create engaging reports and share sustainability highlights venuewide.
