Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Venue Applications Support Analyst to ensure PoS and related systems operate smoothly across venues in the United States. The role combines remote support with onsite engagements at theaters, clubs, and amphitheaters, including after-hours on-call responsibilities during shows.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of PoS support experience (Appetize/Micros), strong Excel skills, and the ability to travel up to 30% for at-site deployments and issue

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience supporting PoS systems (Appetize and/or Micros).
• Attention to detail for identifying data patterns and maintaining accuracy.
• Intermediate Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for onsite venue support.

Responsibilities

• Input PoS data: menu items, prices, discounts, and venue layouts.
• Diagnose software/hardware issues and report defects.
• Create end-user guides to help operators use the system.
• Test new software versions and document issues.
• Lead on-call helpdesk during peak times and support venues nationwide.
• Provide excellent customer service to users with varying tech skills.
• Travel to venues for software implementations and support.
