• Maintain clean workplaces and restrooms in public spaces.
• Organize workflow and delegate tasks; monitor productivity.
• Handle customer complaints with respectful resolution.
• Oversee cash handling and register accountability.
• Ensure timely arrival of scheduled staff and safe work environment.
• Provide customer service excellence at all levels.
• Communicate information between upper management and staff.
• Train and onboard new hires as needed.
