Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience as House/Operations Manager or a comparable role.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple departments with many staff.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operations and maintenance.
• Manage front of house, production, security, bar, and other departments.
• Assist with budgets, payroll, onboarding, and training.
• Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and supervision of part-time staff.
• Ensure licensing, certifications, and safety compliance are up to date.
• Investigate guest complaints and maintain incident records.
• Maintain compliance with Live Nation policies and procedures.
