Job summary

Topgolf Germantown is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the venue in daily operations, from guest services to food and beverage, golf services and events.

You will oversee department managers, coach leaders, and ensure high standards while managing budgets and performance metrics. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required in a fast-paced entertaining venue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience, including at least 2 recent years as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager in a multi-unit operation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered.
• Proven track record of leading multi-unit operations in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead Venue Operations: Oversee department managers and their teams in delivering guest experiences; hold leaders accountable for standards and safety; forecast and manage sales and expenses.
• Develop and coach leaders: invest in growth of direct reports; drive engagement; support hiring and scheduling.
• Drive the Guest Experience: stay visible on the floor; elevate guest experience; foster hospitality across touchpoints.
• Represent the Brand and Community: build relationships with local organizations; support brand events and activations.
