Job summary

Topgolf is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the venue operations, coach department leaders, and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee multiple functions, ensure high standards, and maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience.
• At least 2 recent years as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager in a multi-unit operation.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead Venue Operations: oversee department managers and teams to deliver best-in-class guest experiences.
• Develop and Coach Leaders: invest in growth of direct reports and drive engagement across departments.
• Drive the Guest Experience: stay visible on the floor, elevate guest interactions, and use feedback to improve.
• Represent the Brand and Community: build relationships with community leaders and support brand events and activations.
