Job summary

Topgolf Nashville is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the venue's day-to-day operations, overseeing department managers across food & beverage, golf services, facilities and events to deliver best-in-class guest experiences. This role owns execution, holds leaders accountable, and steps in as GM when needed.

It requires visibility on the floor, coaching of leaders, budgeting, and driving profitability in a high-energy, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience.
• At least 2 years as Assistant General Manager or General Manager in a multi-unit operation.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead Venue Operations: Oversee department managers and their teams in delivering best-in-class guest experiences.
• Develop and Coach Leaders: Coach and develop direct reports, investing in their growth as leaders.
• Drive the Guest Experience: Stay visible on the floor and elevate guest satisfaction.
• Represent the Brand and Community: Cultivate relationships and uphold Topgolf values.
• Leverage business metrics and trends to drive performance and maximize profitability.
