Topgolf is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the venue operations, overseeing department managers across all functions and ensuring a high standard of guest experience. This role drives day-to-day execution, holds leaders accountable, and steps in as acting GM when needed.

You will manage schedules, forecast sales and expenses, and leverage performance data to maximize profitability while maintaining Topgolf’s culture of fun, teamwork, and excellence.

Competenze

• 5+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience, including at least 2 recent years as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager in a multi-unit operation.
• Proven record of leading multi-unit operations in a high-volume environment.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent education and professional experience will be considered.
