Zusammenfassung

Topgolf is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the entire venue’s operations, including guest experience, food and beverage, golf services, facilities, and events. This role oversees department managers, ensures standards, and steps in as acting GM when needed.

The position requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with extended hours during peak periods and events. A performance-driven leader will thrive here.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience.
• Proven record of leading multi-unit operations in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications; must be 21+ as required by law.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered.
