Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Venue Manager in Chester, PA to oversee daily venue operations, coordinate event calendars, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. You will ensure high standards of hospitality, space readiness, and operational efficiency.

The role requires managing budgets, SOPs, and ongoing process improvements, while supporting suppliers and ensuring compliance with COIs and permits. Onsite work five days a week with flexible hours based on events.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and operational management skills for fast-paced venues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with hospitality mindset.
• Experience managing vendors and coordinating compliance (COIs, permits).
• Proficiency with event tech: Social Tables, Cvent, AllSeated.

Responsibilities

• Own daily venue operations and ensure standards of operation and hospitality.
• Be primary contact for internal teams and maintain clear communication.
• Manage venue booking calendar and governance across teams.
• Coordinate event setup/breakdown with Event Services and vendors.
• Oversee venue storage, kitchen readiness, and inventory management.
• Develop and refine SOPs for scalable operations.
