Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Venue Manager to oversee daily venue operations and ensure the space meets brand and hospitality standards. You will coordinate internal event schedules, manage storage, and work with external vendors to guarantee smooth operations.

The role requires 5+ years in venue or event operations, leadership experience, and proficiency with floor plan tools like AllSeated, Social Tables, and Cvent. On-site work with some flexible hours is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in venue operations, hospitality operations, event operations, or related field.
• Experience in high-growth, consumer-focused, or brand-driven organizations.
• Prior leadership or team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own daily venue operations, ensuring space meets operational, hospitality, and brand standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams with clear communication and high-touch support.
• Own the venue booking calendar with governance, prioritization, and cross-team alignment.
• Coordinate event setup and breakdown with Event Services, Facilities, and external vendors.
• Oversee venue storage strategy and inventory management for organization and readiness.
• Oversee kitchen and back-of-house readiness with catering partners for efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and refine SOPs to support scalable operations.
• Manage venue-related budgets and identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Provide post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
• Schedule and oversee venue maintenance, cleaning, plant care, waste management.
• Plan for staffing based on event volume and needs.
• Communicate clearly across stakeholders to ensure high service levels.
• Review vendor COIs and venue documentation for compliance.
