Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group seeks a Venue Manager to oversee daily venue operations, coordinate internal event schedules and storage, and collaborate with external vendors to ensure smooth venue operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining SOPs, budgeting, post-event evaluations, and ensuring COIs and permits compliance while working on-site five days a week with flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Events, Operations or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in venue or events operations and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of vendor coordination and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own daily venue operations, ensuring standards.
• Coordinate internal event schedules and calendars.
• Manage venue storage and inventory.
• Oversee kitchen/back-of-house readiness with catering partners.
• Develop and refine SOPs for scalable operations.
• Manage venue budgets for cost efficiency.
• Provide post-event evaluations to drive improvements.
• Schedule maintenance and oversee cleaning and waste management.
• Plan for staffing based on event volume.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure COIs and permits compliance.
• Plan and execute events as needed.
