Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Venue Manager to oversee daily venue operations, coordinate event schedules, manage storage, and collaborate with external vendors to ensure smooth operations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, refine SOPs, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with COIs and permits. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and experience with event tech platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in venue operations, hospitality, or event operations.
• Experience in high-growth, consumer-focused or brand-driven organizations.
• Prior leadership or team management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Operations, or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily venue operations to meet standards.
• Coordinate internal event schedules and booking calendar.
• Partner with Event Services, Facilities, and vendors for setup.
• Manage venue storage and inventory; ensure accessibility.
• Coordinate kitchen/back-of-house readiness with catering partners.
• Develop and refine SOPs to support scalable operations.
• Manage venue budgets and seek cost efficiencies.
• Provide post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Schedule maintenance, cleaning, and waste management.
• Plan staffing based on event volume and needs.
• Review vendor compliance including COIs and permits.
• Plan and execute events as needed.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders.
