Power Home Remodeling Group seeks a Venue Manager in Newark, Delaware to oversee daily operations, ensuring hospitality and brand standards while coordinating internal event schedules and external vendors for seamless events.

You will manage the venue booking calendar, storage, SOPs, budgets, and post-event evaluations, with strong experience using AllSeated, Social Tables, and Cvent.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in venue or hospitality operations.
• Leadership or team management experience.
• Experience in high-growth, consumer-focused brands.

Aufgaben

• Own daily venue operations, ensuring standards.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams with high-touch support.
• Own venue booking calendar with governance and prioritization.
• Coordinate event setup and breakdown with partners.
• Oversee venue storage strategy and inventory management.
• Oversee kitchen/back-of-house readiness with catering.
• Develop and refine SOPs for scalable operations.
• Manage venue budgets for cost efficiency and quality.
• Provide post-event evaluations to drive improvement.
• Schedule venue maintenance including cleaning and waste management.
• Anticipate operational needs and plan staffing.
• Communicate clearly across stakeholders.
• Experience with floor plan platforms (AllSeated, Social Tables, Cvent).
• Coordinate vendor compliance, COIs, permits, and docs.
• Plan and execute events as needed.
