Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare a weekly schedule and report of facility operations for Manager of Operations.
• Coordinate Operations activities with event departments and contractors to assure readiness.
• Assist Event Department in securing show labor requests.
• Oversee conversions of the arena (hockey to basketball to concert) for events.
• Maintain inventory of building tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, codes, policies and procedures.
