Job summary

ASM Global in Wichita seeks a senior Operations Manager to lead daily facility operations, maintenance, and event support. You will supervise engineering, building services, and stage operations while coordinating with departments and contractors to ensure event readiness and safety.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and ability to manage maintenance programs and vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or Maintenance Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory or managerial experience in a similar facility.
• Experience with HVAC, facility systems, and safety programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and schedule all aspects of Operations (Engineering, Maintenance, Building/Grounds, Cleaning, IT, Stagehands).
• Coordinate operations with other departments and contractors for event readiness.
• Implement and update facility rules, policies and procedures.
• Oversee maintenance of physical plant and safety compliance.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and safety procedures.
• Plan outside vendor work and manage budgets and contracts.
• Act as Manager on Duty for events and facility operations.
