Job summary

Cosm is seeking experienced IT specialists to support live entertainment and hospitality operations. The role focuses on on-site Tier 1 IT support, maintenance of networks and hardware, and collaboration with engineers to keep venue technology running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in entertainment or hospitality, proficiency across MacOS, iOS, Windows, and VMware, and strong communication skills. Flexibility for overtime and weekends is required in a dynamic venue environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in entertainment, production, or hospitality.
• Experience with MacOS, iOS, Windows, and VMware.
• Familiar with IT security systems and policies.
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Tier 1 IT support for all venue systems.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of networks, hardware, and software.
• Operate checks on show system and equipment.
• Record and document help desk interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and external partners.
