Job summary

Aramark Corporation is seeking an IT Support Specialist to handle day-to-day and event IT needs for Aramark Sports & Entertainment. You will provide hands-on support for POS, back office, networking, and other systems under the venue IT Lead guidance.

The role requires 2+ years of IT experience, POS familiarity, and the ability to work in fast-paced stadium settings while maintaining security and service quality. On-site work and physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT/CS or related field preferred.
• 2+ years IT systems experience; POS experience preferred.
• Experience in concessions/retail/stadium environments preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support and maintenance around POS systems during events.
• Communicate issues to appropriate application owners and vendors.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to support the business.
• Work cooperatively with onsite IT Lead and stay updated on IT trends.
• Assist with IT audits and security assessments.
• Resolve IT incidents and problems promptly.
• Represent IT department to onsite leadership.
• Handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Other duties as needed.
