Job summary

Opry Entertainment Group is seeking a Venue IT Engineer to support IT services across venues, including service desk, network, POS systems, and user support. You will work with a small team in an in-office setting, travel to venues for deployments, and participate in on-call coverage during peak times.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year POS experience (Micros Simphony preferred), 3+ years networking experience (Unifi), and a degree in Information Systems or CS. CCNA is a plus; driving is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent related experience required.
• 1+ years' experience supporting point-of-sale systems (Micros Simphony preferred).
• 3+ years' network experience (Unifi preferred).
• Experience with food and beverage business operations, ideally multi-location enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site networks, including updates and replacements to ensure quality of service.
• Diagnose malfunctions in device software, hardware, and peripherals.
• Respond to on-site ticketing needs, including box office and mobile devices.
