Aramark is seeking an IT Administrative Support Worker to assist with data entry, technical support, software configurations, and hardware installations at entertainment venues. You will work with customers, visitors, and staff in a professional manner and handle stressful situations during events.

The role is hourly/seasonal/part-time, requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with on-site responsibilities across venues in the district.

Qualificações

• Experience with POS systems and venue tech setup.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and tear down POS terminals.
• Provide POS and PC hardware support during events.
• Assist in maintenance and upgrade of IT equipment.
• Assist visitors, staff and customers with technical issues.
• Maintain knowledge of standards and practices.
