Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee the food service operations at the Mobile venue, ensuring profitable and compliant daily operations. This role directly manages all full-time and part-time staff and drives revenue both on and off site.

The position offers a salary range of $115,000–$125,000 per year and bonus eligibility, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on operational excellence within a world-class venue.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred; BA or BS with a business-related major (Accounting minor or credits preferred).
• 5-7 years of management experience in food-related, catering, and concessions.
• Experience in high-volume catering venues or similar event environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure legal, efficient, professional, and profitable operation of the assigned venue.
• Review financial reports: budgets, projections, and P&L statements.
• Oversee scheduling and labor allocation; manage procurement and contracts.
• Develop menus and marketing plans; maintain relationships with show managers, suppliers and vendors.
