Job summary

Oak View Group in Tulsa seeks a General Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations at the BOK Center and Arvest Convention Center, including concessions, clubs and catering.

Lead the hospitality team, ensure profitable, compliant operations, manage budgets, schedules, menus and client relations to grow revenue.

This full-time role offers $120,000–$135,000 annually with bonus eligibility and benefits including health, dental and vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• BA or BS with a business-related major or hospitality; MA/MS preferred.
• 5-7 years of leadership experience in contract food service; arena/venue experience preferred.
• Sanitation training certification recognized.
• Operational and financial management experience including budgeting and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Oversee legal, efficient, professional, and profitable operation of the assigned OVG Hospitality venue.
• Generate and review financial reports, including budgets, projections, and labor costs.
• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead equipment purchases, scheduling, and labor allocation.
• Develop menus, marketing plans, and revenue-generating opportunities.
