BJCC in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking an Event Coordinator to assist Event Managers with planning and executing events across Protective Stadium, BJCC Conventions, Legacy Arena and other BJCC venues. The role coordinates events, supports the events team, and may handle front-of-house duties to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Requires at least one year in hospitality or event coordination; a Bachelor's degree is preferred; and a valid Alabama driver's license.

Formación

• Minimum of one year related knowledge, experience, and skills in the hospitality industry, preferably as a meeting planner or event coordinator.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis in hospitality management, business management, public administration or a related field is preferred.
• Valid State of Alabama Driver License.

Responsabilidades

• Assists Event Managers with planning and execution of events.
• Interacts with clients and BJCC partners to ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Provides front-of-house support during events when required.
• Maintains event documentation and coordinates with operations teams.
