Job summary

Curate Group is seeking a Bookings & Sales Manager in a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 at home) with the South California office. You will own the venue pipeline, secure bookings, and ensure seamless handover to delivery teams while maintaining precise records and pipeline visibility.

Ideal candidates are highly organised, proactive, and skilled negotiators who can build strong relationships with venues and stakeholders across Lumos Experiences and related events in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in venue sourcing, bookings, events or partnerships is strongly preferred.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with venues and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality venues across the South California region.
• Manage the full bookings process from outreach to handover to delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate bookings calendar and internal records.
