Curate Group, expanding Lumos Experiences in the San Francisco region, is seeking an Event Operations Manager to lead successful delivery of live shows across venues. You will own operational planning, coordination and on-site execution, ensuring events run smoothly, safely and consistently while supporting growth.
The role demands proactive leadership, ability to problem-solve, and willingness to engage directly at shows to coach teams and raise standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event operations, production or management.
- Solid organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to motivate a team and uphold high standards.
- Confident decision-maker under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end event operations across San Francisco shows, from planning to post-event review.
- Maintain venue catalogue, develop operations plans, and safety documentation.
- Lead weekend recruitment, onboarding and training for Event Managers and Assistants.
