Curate Group, a dynamic events company in Los Angeles, is seeking a Bookings & Sales Manager for the South California region. You will source venues, manage the full bookings process and ensure seamless handover to delivery teams.

You will drive outreach, coordinate calendars, and liaise with venues to meet co-hosting and visibility requirements while maintaining accurate records and pipeline visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in venue sourcing, bookings, events or partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Confident communicating with venues and external stakeholders.
• Process‑driven with strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure venues across the South California region.
• Manage bookings calendar and lead times; ensure show pages are created.
• Drive promotion to diversify from paid ads.
• Confirm, document and process bookings and payments on time.
