Plymouth Christian Youth Center in Minneapolis is seeking a Capri Booking Manager to drive event sales and revenue by cultivating client relationships, converting inquiries into bookings, managing proposals and contracts, and ensuring clients receive a seamless experience from inquiry through event execution.

The role also manages the Capri’s master event calendar and coordinates with the Capri Team to align programming, staffing, production, and facility needs for successful events.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• Minimum 2-year degree focused in Theater or Events.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong project management and oversight abilities.
• Knowledge of Twin Cities arts resources is a plus.
• Experience with event booking/venue management software.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Capri revenue through sales and client relationship management.
• Respond promptly to booking inquiries and stakeholders.
• Manage invoices, payments, and liability docs.
• Convert leads to bookings; present proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate with Capri team on programming, staffing, and facility needs.
• Maintain Capri master calendar and internal event briefings.
• Prepare event reports and post-event evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Capri policies and security practices.
