Job summary

OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC. is seeking a Venue Application Systems Administrator to manage venue and hospitality applications, ensuring secure access and smooth operation across systems like Simphony and Momentus Elite.

The role partners with IT, vendors, and business teams, performing pre-event checks and post-event stabilization, and supporting upgrades and new implementations in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting business applications or related systems.
Experience administering POS, ticketing, hospitality, or event management apps.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to learn and support multiple applications and processes.
Experience working in fast-paced, event-driven environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer and support venue and hospitality applications, including role-based access and least-privilege principles.
Maintain application configurations, user accounts, permissions, and system settings per standards.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and assist with resolutions.
Coordinate with software vendors and internal IT teams to escalate and resolve issues.
Track vendor calendars and plan updates affecting venue application environment.
Perform pre-event system checks and post-event stabilization activities.
